VAT and Import Taxes/Customs Charges

Belbren is not responsible for any import taxes, VAT charges, or customs fees incurred by a customer's order. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Note for U.S. Customers: Due to recent changes in U.S. import policy, additional tariffs may apply to your order. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by U.S. Customs before or upon delivery.

Customs/Postage Delays and Lost Items

Belbren is not responsible for delays due to customs checks or items lost in the mail. We have no control over these circumstances and cannot predict such occurrences.

If your item does not arrive, we will assist in locating your order by contacting the courier and local post office.

If the courier loses the item, you, as the customer, must contact them to obtain proof that the package was indeed lost and not successfully delivered. Once provided with this proof, Belbren can seek compensation from the courier and either reimburse you or provide a replacement.
