Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
At Belbren, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping.
How to Return an Item:

For defective or incorrect items: We provide a downloadable/printable return label.

For customer remorse: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Restocking Fee:
50% restocking fee applies for eligible non-defective returns.
Eligible Return Reasons

Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

Within 12 Hours: Cancellations or order changes are free if requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 Hours: Cancellations may be possible before production starts, but a 50% restocking fee will apply. Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Important Note on Payment Fees:
Whether an order is cancelled or refunded, payment processing and currency conversion fees (charged by providers like Stripe, PayPal, and credit card companies) are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the total refund.
Refunds on Cancelled or Returned Orders
If a refund is approved, it will be issued based on the amount we actually received after all third-party payment and currency fees have been deducted. This means your refund may be less than what you originally paid due to processing costs and exchange rate differences, which are outside our control.
Return Process
All returns must be mailed back in their original condition. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details when placing an order. We do not offer refunds for errors submitted by the customer or for changes of mind.

Belbren reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and applies to all future orders.
