Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At Belbren, we take pride in our exceptional design and reliability. Each product undergoes rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure its functionality before it is dispatched to our customers.

Acceptable Reasons for Return:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective, arrives damaged, or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement.

  2. Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days to facilitate a correct replacement or a refund.

Unacceptable Reasons for Return:

  • Returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect personal choice are not accepted.
  • Personalized items ordered with customer errors (e.g., incorrect spellings or preferences).
  • Damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Products modified by resizing, repairs, or customer alterations.
  • Items not in original condition, used, or damaged post-delivery unless due to a defect.

Return Label Policy:

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer. This will be available to download and print via email once the return request is approved.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 12 Hours: Orders can be cancelled or modified without any fee within 12 hours of placement.
  • After 12 Hours: Beyond this period, especially for personalized items, cancellations or changes to the order are subject to a 50% restocking fee to cover the labor and material costs incurred, as each item is personalized specifically for you.

Return Method: All returns must be mailed back to Belbren in their original condition.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers must ensure that all personalization details, such as spellings and specifications, are correct at the time of order as we do not accept returns due to personal errors or change of mind.

Policy Amendments: Belbren reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
