VAT and Import Taxes/Customs Charges
Belbren is not responsible or liable for any import taxes or VAT charges incurred by a customer's order.
Any such charges must be paid by the customer.
Customs/Postage Delays and Lost Items
Belbren is also not responsible for delays due to customs checks or items lost in the mail as we have no control over this and cannot predict such instances.
However, in the case that your item does not arrive, we will attempt to help you locate your order by contacting the courier and local post office.
If the item is lost by the courier, you as the customer must get in contact with them and obtain proof that the package was indeed lost and not successfully delivered. Provided with this, Belbren can then seek compensation from them and reimburse you or provide a replacement.
