By purchasing from Belbren, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@belbren.com.

Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders are shipped 3-10 business days after being placed to allow time for handcrafting and customization.
  • Additional delays may occur in special circumstances or during peak times of the year; in such cases, you will be informed via email.
  • Cancellations or changes requested more than 12 hours after an order has been placed are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This is because production begins immediately, and our personalized and custom-made products cannot be repurposed.
  • You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. Orders are generally delivered directly to your door. If collection from your local post office is necessary, you will be contacted and informed accordingly.

Payment

  • For safety and convenience, we currently accept credit card and PayPal payments.
  • We are in the process of adding other payment methods, such as Klarna.

Shipment, Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All items purchased from Belbren are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Responsibility for the parcel transfers from Belbren to the carrier once an order is handed over, and the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • The recipient specified on the delivery address will be considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Import taxes, customs duties, and other fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Belbren has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Delays due to customs clearance procedures are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Belbren strives for accuracy in the representation of our products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations may occur due to technical, typographical, digital, or photographic reasons.
  • Actual product colors and "look and feel" may vary depending on your computer monitor and other technical factors.
  • If a product is not as described, please contact our support team at contact@belbren.com for assistance.
  • Except as expressly stated in these terms, Belbren disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding products sold.
  • The maximum liability of Belbren arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Belbren, its directors, officers, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
